The popular restaurants are often full so booking a table is a great idea. Many of the restaurants are closed on Mondays. Also, don´t trust the opening hours on the internet… 

Close, local, cheap and simple: 

The tapas bars in Benimarfull. There is one in the main street open during summer, you can´t miss it if it is open but don´t run over the guests sitting in the street…
